There are no recurring fees or service charges for having a Swell Credit account, but there are a few potential one-time fees you should be aware of:
Late Payment Fee: You will be charged a late payment fee if your Required Minimum Payment is not received within ten (10) days after your Payment Due Date. You can learn more about this late payment fee in the “Swell Credit Account Opening Disclosures” when you open your Swell Credit account.
Paper Copy Fee = $10. To request a paper copy of your periodic billing statement, contact Swell Member Services by phone at 1-855-808-5220 or by email at support@swellmoney.com. The $10 charge will be deducted from your Swell Cash account.
Remember, you can always access your electronic statements for free in the Swell app. Just tap your profile in the top right corner and select “Statements” and you can view and print a pdf version. Swell Member Services also will email you a PDF copy of your periodic billing statement on request for free - contact Swell Member Services by phone at 1-855-808-5220 or by email at support@swellmoney.com.
