How do I request a replacement debit card?

In the Swell app from the main Cash screen, just tap “Manage Card.”

From there, select “Replace Card.” There’s no fee for normal delivery, but if you need it ASAP you can request expedited shipping for a fee ($50 domestic, $85 international).
