Qualifications
Qualifications to open a Swell Cash account and a Swell Credit line are set by Central Pacific Bank, Member FDIC (“CPB”). To qualify, applicants must have a valid and verifiable identity, have a valid and verifiable Social Security Number or Tax ID Number, have a valid and verifiable email address, be of legal age to contract according to the laws of their state of residence, be a resident of states we service, and, for Swell Credit, have a valid and verifiable source of recurring income. The foregoing is not an exhaustive list of product qualifications; other requirements apply from time to time as determined by CPB in its discretion.
From time to time CPB may review your continuing eligibility for the Swell Credit account by reviewing your account activity and credit report; CPB may increase the interest rate applicable to your account with advance written notice. The APR disclosed on your Swell Credit account opening disclosures will be the APR until such time as CPB provides notice of a rate increase. See Section 28 and Section 33 of the Swell Credit Account Terms and Conditions www.swellmoney.com/swell-credit-terms.
